What are the pressing issues in palliative care and hospice ethics? My name is Dr. Peter Bauck. I am a board-certified chaplain of thirteen years and have been active in clinical ethics throughout my career. I currently serve as Director of Spiritual Care for Brighton Hospice. Palliative care and hospice staff face ethical dilemmas in their day-to-day work and may or may not have access to ethicists or committees to help them sort through the ethical issue. To meet this need, MNHPC is organizing a forum for members to talk about the pressing issues in hospice and palliative care. |
