Cost

Annual membership dues are structured as follows:

Base Fee: $250
-
Patient-Based Fee: $8.75 per patient served in the previous year

Fee Caps:
-
$10,000 for organizations serving fewer than 2,000 patients
-
$13,000 for organizations serving 2,000 or more patients
-
Fees are recalculated each year and are due in January.
