Cost

​

Annual membership dues are structured as follows:

• Base Fee: $250

• Patient-Based Fee: $8.75 per patient served in the previous year

• Fee Caps:

  • $10,000 for organizations serving fewer than 2,000 patients

  • $13,000 for organizations serving 2,000 or more patients

Fees are recalculated each year and are due in January.
