There are 4 types of Membership
If you are interested in becoming a Hospice and Palliative Provider Member, this membership is designed for your entire organization and the annual dues are determined based on the number of patients served, please reach out to Kristina directly at Kristina@mnhpc.org.

Individual Membership

Discounted Individual Membership
35$Every yearDiscounted Rate: $35 for individuals aged 65+, students, or volunteers
Palliative Provider Membership
350$Every yearThe Palliative Provider Membership is standalone membership for organizations focused solely on palliative care.
Allied Org & Business Partner Base Fee
175$Every yearThis membership is designed to highlight and promote companies who provide services and supplies to our communities, and who support the values and mission of MNHPC.
