I’m excited to share that Hospice of the Midwest is currently seeking a compassionate and collaborative physician to serve as a Medical Director supporting our Forest Lake team.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about quality end-of-life care and wants to make a meaningful impact for patients and families throughout our community.
What this role offers:
• Approximately 30 hours per month
• Every other week on-call rotation
• Participation in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings every other week at our Forest Lake office
• A highly supportive clinical and operational team
• The opportunity to help guide patient-centered hospice care with dignity and compassion
We are looking for a physician leader who values collaboration, communication, and helping patients experience comfort and quality of life during some of life’s most important moments.
